Room for long stays with a minimum stay of 30 nights and a fixed rate. Price is quoted per person. Will be shared with another person of same gender (added by us). Seperate beds. Included weekly cleaning, water, electricity, internet costs The use of public areas such as the common kitchen. Paid laundry service. Free bicycle parking. Reservations (short or long stays) are for students or academic staff who want to stay for academic reasons. It is required to sign the Rental Agreement, Registration Form and House Rules upon arrival.
