Included weekly cleaning, water, electricity, internet costs The use of public areas such as the common kitchen. Paid laundry service. Free bicycle parking. Reservations (short or long stays) are for students or academic staff who want to stay for academic reasons. It is required to sign the Rental Agreement, Registration Form and House Rules upon arrival.
